Modern apartment building with video entry phone system, elevator and a private garage parking place in the building is available (charged additionally).
It is located on the  2^nd floor (3rd floor in US)  and has approximately 90 m2 / 750 sq.ft., with small balcony overlooking the quiet street. 

The entrance hall has a cupboard, separate toilet, cupboard with washer/dryer.

The bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower, and a single wash basin. 

The open plan living room (50 m2/540 sq.ft) is light and spacious 1 sofa, 2 lounge chairs, workstation, and 2 fold out single chairs. 
There is tv and a dvd recorder
There is a separate dining area with 4 chairs. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking hob and a full complement of kitchenware (coffeemaker, citrus squeezer, toaster, water cooker), china and cutlery set.  In addition, the kitchen contains a breakfast table with 4 chairs.

There are 2 bedrooms. They each have a double bed (1.40 x 2 m), separable into twins. Both bedrooms have ample storage space, the large bedroom has a table with chair, and tv.
 

* Included in the price is towels, bed linen, taxes, safe and weekly cleaning (with changing of towels and bed linen). The number of persons staying is irrelevant for the price.
