2nd floor apartment (3rd floor in US) of approximately 70 m2 / 750 sq ft, very similar to the apartment one floor lower.
Entrance with video entry phone, separate toilet, bathroom with shower and wash basin.
Large dining room/work area with table with 6 chairs and separate work station. Window overlooking small patio.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking hob and a full complement of kitchenware (coffeemaker, citrus squeezer, toaster, water cooker), china and cutlery set.
3 steps lead to the living room with sofa bed, TV and DVD recorder.

All apartments have:

- enough bed linen and towels. A pullout sofa is available for overnight guests.

The sofa in the living room converts to an extra bed, if necessary.
