Tram 2 to Central Station is just around the corner. Parking permit included! Sleeps 2-3 persons.

Layout and Amenities (Please note: Renovation work is going on, on the ground floor of the house. This may lead to noises being heard in the apartment. The work will last until April/May 2008. Work is carried out between 8am and 4pm on working days only, not during weekends and holidays). The apartment is on the top 2 floors (2 and 3 floors up from ground floor) of this classic 19th century house. The house is in a very upscale neighbourhood, the Concertgebouw neighbourhood. This is where Dutch tv/movie people live, and other celebrities. The area has many small shops, and larger (grocery) shops are also close by. PC Hooftstraat, Amsterdam's upscale shopping street for clothes, shoes, etc, is just a few minutes' walk. Lower floor: - large livingroom with open plan kitchen - balcony (facing south) - bathroom with bathtub and toilet Upper floor: - master bedroom - second bedroom - 2nd full bathroom (also with bathtub and toilet, plus separate shower) - utility closet with washer and dryer Amenities: - telephone is not included - broadband internet connection is provided - washer/dryer - iron and ironing board - enough bed linen and towels. A pullout sofa is available for overnight guests. - Parking permit included! (The permit allows you to park on the streets in the neighbourhood for free - it does not come with its own designated parking space) Smoking and pets are not allowed. Children below 10 not allowed. Beds and bedrooms The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 X 200), which is separable into twins. The second bedroom will have a single bed (not yet on the pictures). |
